2 Refund Eligibility

Full refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase of your IPTV Subscription subscription.

Refund requests made after this period may be considered for partial refunds, depending on the duration of service usage and individual circumstances.

We do not offer refunds for technical problems unless you give us the chance to resolve the issue. Our 24/7 support team is experienced in troubleshooting installation, buffering, and playback issues across all supported devices.

If we fail to resolve the issue within 48 hours, or if there is a 48-hour service outage, a full refund will be granted.

4 Refund Processing

Refunds for payments made by credit or debit card are processed within 15 to 20 business days, returning funds to the bank account linked to the card used for the original payment.

In some cases, refund processing may take up to 90 days depending on the payment provider and your bank.

Please note that IPTV Subscription is not responsible for delays in refund processing, as we do not directly control external payment systems or financial institutions.
